500 Dozen Donuts!!!

We spent all day with the cubs selling 500 dozen donuts! Managed to get rid of every box... (one way or another!!) Everyone was so nice and the boys did a great job selling!!! Zach was our "voice" of the donuts sale and did a great job "yelling" over the crowds! Our little munchkin did a great job selling as well even if he got frustrated a bit with us and not being able to walk around with the "big" boys.... BS and Qdog were great approaching people and asking them. Of course in order to sell that many you have to ask twice as many and they did not get discouraged although both have lost their voices. Not to mention that it rained, misted and poured all day!!! The sun did come out, about 3:30 when we were done!!!



Grandpa was nice enough to make the cool trays for us and they really worked well!!! The boys also had candy to sell and they put the donuts and candy in the trays and carried them all over the town fair! Everyone helped out and it was really a lot of fun!



Stopped by to give MiMi two cacti that the boys bought for her and say hello to the Nephew who was knee deep in doing laundry! Scheduled a bit too much for the day and had to skip the 1 year olds Bday party but we will get her gift up to her soon!

Lots of company and in need of a rest!!!

We will be selling popcorn and have a chicken BBQ to now get off the ground..... The boys don't want to see donuts again for a while!!!

Zman's first game; Mimi

Zman had his first soccer game last night. The team did not do a great job but they played hard! Zach had a rough start but regrouped and played better on defense than in the goal.

Nana should enjoy the photo of MiMi making Q pancakes. Yes, he asked enough so that she made them for him this morning. MiMi is feeling pretty good with her new green cast in place! They have taken out the stitches and all the yucky padding and replaced it with a pretty new cast!

Big donuts sale tomorrow, visitors heading this way and a 1 year old birthday party to go to at some point. Going to be busy, busy.... !!!!!

Washing the dogs...

Washed the dogs in effort to help with the scratching! We did wash Maggie last because she is the easiest but it seems we did not get a photo of her because it went so quick by the time we got to her! They were not happy getting washed but I am sure they felt better after the fact!

More baby shots!

I know... So many baby shots! I hope no one minds!!! The new little Niece came home yesterday and they ran by Grammies house to visit before heading home. New Mom and Dad sound wonderful and Nana is overjoyed being up there to see her new granddaughter!!

The boys are killing time and goofing around. While we hang out here at MiMi's house we are patiently (or not so) waiting on a call about the baby!!!!

OMG!!!

OMG!! This melts my heart! I soooo want to be there! They did such a nice job on the baby's room! Mom finished the valences yesterday afternoon and they were made from receiving blankets! Keep the Bro and SIL in your thoughts tomorrow as they make their way to the hospital!!!

Zach starts soccer!

Zman started soccer on one of our favorite teams with one of our favorite coaches! We are so excited to see Zman play this year! We are going to miss the assistant coach though, his son opted to play football this year rather than playing soccer. The old assistant coach was really a Zach motivator! Wish my little one luck on his upcoming season!

New Baby!

Brother and SIL just got word that after an ultrasound on
Thursday they will be heading straight to the hospital!
I hope everything goes quickly for them and their new
little bundle of joy comes without too much trouble!

So much going on!!

We have been WAITING DAYS to play the new Beatles Rock band and finally got a chance tonight to play! JB came home from college today and is helping PopPop out so I was able to get some stuff done at the office and then head home to help dad put up his 9-11 beam! Of course followed by an awesome set of RockBand!!!

Dad surprised us all with the plans for the "Harvey FNR" that came in the mail. It was awesome to see the prints as well as the instructions with his name on them!

HS Field Trips!

The homeschool group had TWO field trips today! The first one they went to was to an actual printing press and the second one was to a park where they met with a park ranger and went on a hike.

MiMi and her cast!

I need sleeping pills and tie downs it seems! MiMi is having a tough time sitting still and this afternoon I have her on the couch because she is sick of the bed already! Not even 24 hours after surgery she is ready to "get moving".... Unfortunately, this is the position that she will be in for 6 weeks. The ice packs are helping and I have been doing pain pills (for her not me yet!) every 4 hours to help combat the soreness but she will start resisting that soon I am sure!

The only thing she wondered about this morning was "who got her dressed to come home last night" and "Was Mr.X here? I remember saying his name..." LOL... Got to love someone on serious drugs!

We are HOME!!!!

Plenty more photos incoming!!! We are home! Tired and glad to be home but miss our great friends and the great time we had this weekend! So much to do already for next year and we will get right on that after some needed rest!

YES!!! The baby is on the way!!! I love this photo of my very UNCOMFORTABLE SIL who is due very soon!!! She is due the end of the month but might be brought in a week early! Wish her and my bro luck!!
