Scouts and our Weekend....

On top of camping this weekend we also had company from SC... Shazz and Sin came down for their tournament and did very well. We got to see them Friday night and then for a bit of RockBand on Sunday! It was great fun!

Last night we had the Bobcat ceremony which was great and the WeBeLos started doing their color guard march which they did well.

Robert and Shala brought this little girl into the world this past weekend..... Everyone doing well.... Can't wait to meet little Olivia!

Wood, Flying and Fun....

One of the dads brought small cooking stoves that he made for each boy. They ate lunch out of their little stoves which was pretty cool.... While at the knot lesson the boys asked if Grandpa would fly for them and he said around dinner time he would; the boys lined their chairs up and watched when they heard the plane start off. After he was done, Qman ran up to ask if he would bring his heli down to fly for the boys by the tents....

The boys had a full weekend of activities, food prep, setting up tents and campsite, horseshoes, knot lessons, flag lessons and giving their reports for one of their badges.

We made a pack flag which we had all the boys sign and date. It was nice to have one and once Nana gets home she can help put a border on it.

Zman took part of many of the activities with the older boys.

Grandpa was nice enough to spend two days with the boys teaching knots and about the flag. Each lesson was well received and enjoyed by both the adults and the boys... The boys really enjoyed learning and were good during the lessons.

My Boys Rock!

My boys had a busy day today and ended it with two awesome games of soccer. Qman was exciting to watch and really got in there tonight; almost scoring twice..... Zach did well in defense tonight and had a few good "boots" down field! Scott even joined the action on and "all out" parents V kids game...... MiMi came to see the action. I hope they keep it up.... Very proud tonight of my great kids...

We have been BUSY!!! Things just don't seem to slow down.... Oh well.. it has been fun.. I worked Mon, Tues..... We had a good cubs meeting on Mon and pretty good soccer games last night.... Mr.X and Pamela came to the games which was nice... I did a little shopping afterward and then we gathered to play a little WAR....

Tonight we are going to watch Heroes and then tomorrow is photo day at Master's and I will be cleaning! Soccer games again tomorrow and then this weekend will be our small camp out! The boys are excited about it; I'm excided that the S's are going to be here all weekend and we will finally be able to play RockBand2 with our band!!! YAY!!!

The Uncle and The Grandfather are doing well.... Each resting comfortably and recuperating from their heart things!

Baby P. expected any day now..... If not by Sunday than "forced baby" will be happening.. Can't wait to welcome little baby to the world!!!



Hope to see Shazz and Sin this weekend a bit as well.... They will be competing on Sat in SC!!! Hope to RockBand with them on Sunday as well!

Picture day!

Today was picture day for soccer..... Of course it can't work out that both boys have photos around the same time so I had to be at the field from 10am until 1pm! Our little friend SL had to spend the morning with her dad so we kidnapped her and took her with us so the boys could hang out while they were waiting for photos to be taken.
The three of them have such a good time together and I am glad that I brought my camera because SL is such a little ham and I got a million photos of her!



After photos we went to DQ so the kids could get some food, drink and of course ice cream! We dropped SL safety off to her dad's and headed home to see Mark and By! The satellite guy was just finishing up re-wiring our house! (which he did a good job at this time...)

Home Schoool Group Activities

We have a lot going on with our home school group activities these days! Yesterday we had a guest speaker. She was the local Dental Hygienist who visits all the schools and teaches the children about diet and proper teeth cleaning etc.....
She gave a wonderful presentation and the kids learned a great deal; always good to reinforce it.

After all the kids had some play time the LB's gave their verbal presentation about their latest trip to MB and then showed off the t-shirts and shells that they got while at the ocean!

After the meeting was over, Kati and I took the kids to the park and they played while she and I talked endlessly... It is always easy to chat with her and conversations flow nicely......

I stopped by MiMi's to write the blurb for JB's yearbook. We all had a cry because I made sure to put something in there about JB's mom.....

Played a bit of WAR last night and then Mr.X and B came over to play RockBand2 until about 12:30am! We had a good time playing and look for more fun playing time when Mark gets here today!
