Boy Scouts --- first Major event!

The boys participated in the FIRST major event for Boy Scouts this past weekend! They were by far the youngest troop and even though we missed the practice time for the event because we were in CT, my boys did well. Zman got invited as a Weeb2 and fulfilled his first requirement for his AOL award that he will get next year. Qman did very well with helping to lash together the flag pole and ALL the boys worked very well as a team!
The boys took home a 1st place award and a 2nd place award which was not to shabby for their first time out of the gate! It is going to take some work to get them the skills that they need to compete again but we are off to a GREAT start! I am very proud of all the boys!
