Catching up.... Kennedy-- it is that noteworthy!!!

Yes, yes... Kennedy space center is that note worthy that it needs it's own post...... The reason it is so noteworthy, other than it is an awesome place to go, is that we don't usually do anything much on vacation.... Yup; we (the 8 of us) enjoy nothing but sloth time, pool time, ocean time and of course feeding time..... This year we broke down and actually did a Florida attraction....

Atlantis was the last shuttle to be launched and we were very excited to be visiting Kennedy the day before the launch...  We had big plans to drive up the coast the next day, hang out on the beach and watch the launch in person but alas it did not happen until July 8th and there was no way to even predict it to go down there.....  But it was neat to be there and see it (pictured below behind the boys) and to hear all the excitement about it's launch that was scheduled......

It really was amazing to me how all 10 of us could travel around in a pack and enjoy the day the way we did. We had made plans for stopping and going shopping on the way home because we really could not see staying until 8pm closing time and to our surprise they just about had to throw us out and we contemplated  going back again soon!!  It really says something that 5 children and 5 adults can all hang in a pack so well and there not be any issues.  We all just had a blast and we all had turns with the little monkey and we all got little trinkets and we all carried away special memories.....

Movies are always fun!!  Kennedy offers a great in 3d movie that is very educational as well as fun!!!  This photo cracked me up because if it was in black and white you would swear these kids were from the 50's!!
