Riding Bikes, Friends from home!

The boys went on a cub day yesterday to a local park. We opted not to camp but the boys were very excited to get a ride on Saturday to hang out all day until I got there after work! The boys don't have bikes but brought their scooters so that they could hang while everyone else was riding. I had given Quentin a pep talk about trying to borrow a bike and ride and by nightfall he was riding around the campsite on a friends bike!
Qman was very excited today when we went up to grandpa's house and I suggested he try out one of Jeff's old bikes that was still at Nana and grandpa's house. He talked Grandpa into putting air in the tires and off he went with a little push from Grandpa!

Zach tried the big bike but was unsuccessful so I suggested that he talk PopPop into taking the training wheels off the smaller bike that was at MiMi and Poppop's house and after a little air in those tires they were off on that bike! Zach took his time actually getting on the bike but eventually did it for a short time in the driveway. He has to work on his balance but he is so very close!

Grandpa has friends from home and they were enjoying the 80 degree weather while watching the race! They are heading back North tomorrow with a much emptier van (that is for Barb! Yes, they are coming home with a pretty empty van!)

As soon as we got back from Mimi's house Qman went up to get the bike and is now riding around the house.... And not cleaning his room like he is supposed to be doing!
