After leaving Kennedy we headed NorthWest to go for a visit to Uncle Ronnie and Mikey.
The boys were so excited about seeing their cousin and had a million questions on the way over about him. "How old was he", "would he play with them", "would he like them"... etc.... They were very excited to spend some time with him even if it was short lived and there would not be a lot of time.
We met up with them at Perkins where we had dinner and they had desert. The meal was good and it was fun chatting with the both of them.
When we got to the hotel we got our stuff in the room and then headed down to visit a bit more with them before it was time to say goodnight.
Originally we did not intend on staying for the game but Mike's game was going to be at 10am and we thought it would be a great opportunity to see him play and spend some extra time with Uncle Ron.
The game was exciting and Mike's team won which was very thrilling! He was pleased that he won and we sure did enjoy watching him.
We finally said our goodbyes and headed North!
The trip home was LONG....LONG.....LONG.... But it was worth the extra time that we spent with family and I was thrilled that we got to see them!
We got home about 9pm and all is right with the world. Scott met us at the driveway and it was great to see him....
