The first coat of primer is done and we are on to phase two of the boys room project...... Qman was having issues so created his own way of getting paint on his brush! He tied a rope to the end of the brush and dipped it in.
If you look to the right of him there is a window that will be removed to provide entry into their sleeping quarters. The boys will have two rooms actually with their sleeping quarters just having their bed, a window seat and shelves over their bed with a mounted reading light. Where Qman is standing will be a hole for one of the boys to crawl through to get to their bed and there will be a matching one on the other side. The entry into their room will have a hanging curtain of some kind. To the left of Qman will be a desk and wall of shelves and on the other wall will be the same thing. Each boy will have an area for "special" stuff and bulk stuff that is their own.
Our week will be working on the room. Both Karate and Cubs are canceled for this week and Sat we will be attending a graduation party for Scott's aunt who just graduated from UGA! Coming up we have a baby shower for Scott's cousin who is expecting a baby the end of May!
Scott and Mr. X went to see Harlod and Kumar (sp?)yesterday afternoon and really enjoyed it.
The boys have taken up residence in the dining room, one on the couch and one on the roll away (they are switching out every other night)
J had a great time at the prom and riding in the limo with his buddies..... He arrived home safely at 9am yesterday morning after being awake all night. Needless to say he slept all day.......
