Dad is infamous for grabbing someone nearby (preferably a child) and setting their hands in whatever he happens to be working on. There are plenty of dates and little hand prints from here to CT that tells stories of building.
This time it was the foundation work just under the corner of the boys new sleeping quarters that was the recipient of the little hands and date......
After the rain quit we finished up the repair work and the lumber arrived. Lumber these days should come in gold lined cases for the price has gotten horrible!
Almost a cool $500 to start the project and close in the room that will be the boys new room. Excitement is building as the lumber and tools are now located here and ready to go on..... I will be happy when the sheet rock is up because that means that painting and finish work is the last to be done!
