Today, after a bumpy school work day, (bellsouth was making intraweb time hard) we rushed around to clean up because we were expecting some friends from the home school group over for a birthday party. Sweet little Ryan turned 10 today and we hosted him last year. It was just a small gathering with 8 kids for pool fun, cake and ice cream. Ryan and his two siblings are saving for a go cart and we gave him money this year to help towards that. It was fun for the boys to have so many of their friends here at once and they were sad when everyone had to leave. I enjoyed chatting with the moms and got in the pool once to cool off which was met by squeals from all the kids!
