On campus of the college is the Toccoa Falls. Back in the 70's the dam broke causing tremendous water to come down the falls killing several whole families. There is a big monument at the falls with the more than 50 people that were killed that night.The kids, at that point, needed to run, yell and be free and took advantage of the great rocks that they could climb on and enjoy.
I hope to go back to Tallulah Falls with the boys soon... Maybe we will take a day trip up there... They are different than the Toccoa Falls and I think that the boys will enjoy a day trip up there......
By the end of the falls we were all starving and Kati's boys and my boys all voted for Pizza and we headed to town to spend lunch together.....
It was a long day and when we got home the boys relaxed a bit and then we headed up to have cake with Grandpa!
